These terms govern the use of operatetalent.com, the website of Operate Talent, the trade name of an independent recruitment consultant (entrepreneur individuel) based in Paris, France. By using the website, you accept these terms.

Operate Talent provides executive search, international recruitment, market mapping and talent consulting to client companies. The conditions of each assignment (scope, fees and payment terms) are set out in a separate written agreement with the client.

• Operate Talent acts on behalf of client companies and is not the employer.
• Final hiring decisions are made solely by the client company.
• Being contacted, shortlisted or interviewed does not guarantee a job offer.
• Services are always free of charge for candidates, and a candidate's profile is shared with a client only with their agreement.
• This website offers no candidate accounts or online applications.

By submitting a testimonial, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience and you agree that it may be published with your name and role. Every testimonial is reviewed before publication and may be declined. You can ask for it to be removed at any time by writing to [email protected].

The texts, logo, graphics and layout of this website belong to Operate Talent. Any reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License and icons under the ISC license.
