Privacy Policy

The data controller is Operate Talent, the trade name of an independent recruitment consultant (entrepreneur individuel) based in Paris, France. Contact: [email protected].

This website has no user accounts. It only collects what you choose to send:

• Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message.
• Testimonial form: your name, role and company (optional) and your testimonial.
• Security: your IP address is processed briefly to prevent spam and abuse, and is not stored with your message.

• Replying to your enquiry and discussing a potential collaboration: steps taken at your request before a contract, or legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Publishing your testimonial: your consent, given on the form, which you can withdraw at any time (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
• Protecting the website against spam and abuse: legitimate interest (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).

Your data is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

• Resend, the service that delivers form notifications to my inbox (USA, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
• Cloudflare, which secures and routes traffic to the website (covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).

The website and its database are hosted on a server operated by Operate Talent in France.

• Enquiries: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows.
• Testimonials: for as long as they are published, or until you withdraw your consent. Testimonials that are not approved are deleted.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. The only cookie is a strictly necessary login cookie used by the site administrator.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected]. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

If I contact you about an opportunity outside this website, you receive specific information about how your data is used at that first contact. Your profile is never shared with a client without your agreement.
