My Story
Ten years of recruiting, now on my own terms
I'm Georgina Kalouche, Talent Acquisition Lead at Operate Talent. For more than ten years I have recruited across Europe, the Middle East, the GCC, Latin America, and Asia, from senior executives to hard-to-find specialists, building a network of professionals and organisations in more than twenty countries.
In 2025 I launched Operate Talent in Paris as an independent practice (entrepreneur individuel). It means you work directly with me: one experienced recruiter who knows your brief, your culture, and your market, without the layers of a large agency.
I work in English, French and Arabic, with local-language candidate pools in every region. I act on behalf of my client companies: I take on the parts of the hiring process you need, and the final decision always stays with you.
